Question

even 2 days ago everything worked well. But i've made a virus scan it deleted some trojan - that was the only thing happened since. now it freeze when it get to the vst3 support in the start up :/ if i disable the vst3 service from the setting file somewhere in the roaming dir, then everrything works well again. But i need vst3 :/

i reinstalled the s1 but this probleme's still there

what should i do? thanks

Hello,

I've the same problem in OS X Yosemite. During the scan process S1 stops at Steinberg plugins (it seems to stop scanning Groove Agent or Retrologue, I don't know exactly). I've deleted these plug ins in the VST3 dir but the result is always the same.

I use many sequencers (Ableton Live, Cubase Pro, Reason) and I'd like to use also S1 but if this is the beginning, I've no time to waste and I'll return the product to Presonus !

Please Presonus, give a solution to this problem, because I cannot use your product.

Hi, reinstalling iLok and maybe 'bonjour printer service' solwed the problem for me. :)
