Question

I just purchased the upgrade from Artist 2 to Artist 3 in hopes it would fix the problem but it persists.  When my laptop (Acer, Win7) has the wifi turned off, the file save time is normal - just a second or two.  When it's turned on, it can take Studio One 15 or 20 seconds to finish saving a song file.  This started with Artist 2 about six months ago and Artist 3 does the same.  It's a bit of a nuisance.

Has anybody else experienced this?  Is there a way around it?  Besides remembering to turn off the wifi :-)

WIFI running in the background can interfere with audio related tasks. I always keep my WIFI off when working on music. Most optimization guides for pro audio also recommend keeping WIFI disabled while using music production software.
