Is it possible to send midi notes out to an external hardware device like a Korg Volca?

Does studio one only send CC? Im trying to send midi note data to a korg volca. It communicates midiclock but im wondering if studio one also can send midi notes.

Sure it can send notes. You should add the MIDI out device sending data to the Volca as Instrument device (Send to) in the External devices (Studio One > Options > External Devices). After that you should be able to select the Instrument from an Instrument track as Instrument Output.
