Why does Studio One keep losing the 2nd to last of a multi-take loop?

I've been using Studio One for a few years and I've only encountered this issue since the latest update. Sometimes, (always in my current project) when I'm recording multiple takes using the loop function the 2nd-to-last take will not expand to the full length of the take. All of the previous takes and and last take all expand to the full length that was recorded for the take

For example: Record 5 takes by looping then audition each take.

Takes 1,2 and 3 behave as expected and you can view and listen to the whole take.

Take 4 only displays about 60% and cannot be dragged to full length.

Take 5 was stopped at about 10% (Take 4 was the good take). Naturally, Take 5 can display and play the 10%.

I lost several of my best takes in recent recording sessions because of this in a recording session last night - data loss is the work kind of bug. Somehow it appears that the loops or loop marking is becoming corrupted.

I'm using Studio One 3.2.3 on an iMac 27 with 16GB RAM OSX 10.11.5.

Greetings and peace, I have been going through the same thing only when I do certain chords in a four bar loop the first bar is missing. I have Reason 8 when I want to bring my tracks back there when I do is, render the 2nd to 4th bar out then I make another track and take what's in the first bar slide it back to the second bar and render it out. When I get into Reason I just push that first bar from the 2nd bar up to the first bar/first hit, and then merge it with the other 3 bars. this is a work around and I shouldn't have to go through this.
