I see a lot of people have had this issue, but don't see any solutions.

Input Channels 1-12 no longer function, it was an intermittent problem (making console unusable on events), but it is now constant.

You may have a loose connector inside the mixer. Worth a try to carefully open the mixer and check if all the ribbon connectors are properly seated.
