Presonus AudioBox iOne not detected or playing audio

Hey guys, I'm having an issue with my AudioBox iOne. I plug it into the USB port, and on inout 1 there is a green light even with the input volume all the way down, and the blue Direct light is on whether or not that one is on either. I just had an incident with my motherboard which is now faulty. Is my AudioBox iOne damaged from the motherboard incident, or am I just missing something? Also downloaded latest update for the Universal control panel. I swapped out my AudioBox iOne with my brothers which I know is functioning properly. It connects to my computer with no issue. Any help is appreciated, thanks!

If your motherboard failed, any devices attached to the USB bus may have received a voltage surge.

As the iOne is a bus powered device it's entirely possible it may have faulted.
