I actually did exactly as you said, upgrade the program to the latest one.

However, the problem still persist. I did checked if the version I had was the right one and it showed: "Studio One 3.3.1.39379" , which I supposed is the new version.

I just don't know what to do.

A great place to start is to make sure that your OS is 100% up to date and that all updates that are available are installed. If this is a missing .dll or runtime error; this is the next course of action to take.
