Question

When start progression it doesn't start but gives me a message there says.

"The program can't start because BugTrapU.dll is missing from your computer"

How do i fix this?

Remove the program using Program and Features in the Windows Control Panel.

Download the Installer again from your http://my.presonus.com account

Temporarily disable your anti-virus.

Right Click the installer icon and select "Run As Administrator"

Reinstall the program.

Restart your system and re-enable your Anti-Virus.
