Question

This happened after I install new Windows. Which is Windows 10 Enterprise N 64 bit.

I tried to reinstall Studio One several times, reset my pc, c disk... and the errors keep showing.

Go to this page and get the latest update, depending on your OS (most Windows installations are x64 nowadays, I think):

Same issue on Surface Laptop 3. Had to manually install the missing dll as suggested by  thomaswehner1

If you have the 2017 version of the C++ Redistributable installed on your system, remove it.

After downloading and installing the 2015 version from the link below, download and install the 2017 version.

Also if it still won't work, you can find more fix ways to repair VCRUNTIME140.DLL
