Question

I got a new mac and I downloaded Studio One 3 Professional. I am in the process of replacing my old mac, which also has Studio One 3 Professional. My old computer has Melodyne activated, but when I try to activate it on my new computer, it says that the product key was already used. I was under the impression that for each of my Studio One-enabled computers, my Melodyne license would work. Can I get Melodyne on both macs? Do I have to transfer the software from my old mac to my new one? How?

You will need to contact Celemony, makers of Melodyne in order to take care of this issue. As you have created a user account with them for their software, they will be able to assist you with your transfer needs of their product.
