So having unpacked our new RML32AI, and installed the Dante interface card, firmwared up and patched the Dante signals across. I am seemingly unable to get a signal out of the Main or Mono analogue outputs.
I have a dozen or so channels of audio being routed via Dante which I can see on each channel in the UC. I can hear the channels on headphones via SOLOing and also via the Main mix. However, I cannot seem to get an analogue output to speakers. The Main Out & Mono Out both have no signal coming out despite ensuring each channels is Assigned to both busses.
I have also tried patching the channels to a Mix (say Mix Out 15 & 16) but again no output.
Interestingly the Mix L & R channels in Dante are outputting fine.
The level dials for both the Main and Mono outputs are turned up, but there must be some fundamental switch I am not seeing. Any advice?
