I purchased MVP OVXO vol2 but when I try to activate my purchase after signing in it states "product not found".

MacBook Air. MAC OS Sierra Version 10.12. Presonus Studio One Three. Focusrite Interface (Scarlett 2i2). MVP OVXO Volume 2 is what I purchased.

  Your purchase can be found under the my PreSonus account registered under this email address. alex*******[email protected] (most characters are hidden for your privacy and protection)
