Question

I have recently purchased an Audiobox iTwo for use with my iPad Pro however when I connect my iPad Pro running 10.1.1 it is not recognised by the interface whcih flashes a blue indicator about twice a second.  This should glow steady as it does if I connect my iPhone 7 using the same cable with same IOS version.

Is this a known issue and how can I fix it.  I understood this interface to be iPad compatible, currently that does not appear to be the case.

Please make sure you are connecting the iTwo to your iPad correctly.
