How do I get you to authorize NOTION 3 that I had on a pc and that I've now loaded onto my Mac?

I own NOTION 3.  I had it on a pc.  I now want to have it on my Mac.  My license card said I must have NOTION 3 authorized within 15 days after installation or the program will cease to operate.  How do I receive this authorization.  I have a license code.
