How can I rejoin parts of an edited track to one to help share with a friend to reopen in ProTools and not have multiple segments unarranged?

Stem it from 0:00 so that it all lines up correctly at the correct tempo in another product.  Set the loop range around the clips from 0:00 to the end of the clips and export a stem of it with File > Export Stems.

You don't have to bounce them, the stem export will make them into one file.
