TI 1394 Firewire off approved list

I was using a Dell previoously and had everything working.  Now with a new PC, and a new Firewire card (the old PC had a PCIe slot, the new one only had PCI because of video card requirements), the Firewire card is installed and recognized as working by Windows, but the Sutio One Project has a caution sign next to it in Device Manager.  It says it cannot find the driver for it.

I installed the latest UC.

You need to install uc 1.7.4, which is the last version that supports the FSP. 1.7.4 supports win 10.
