Question

I have a song that i have recorded and everything was fine..my inputs are set up correctly and the data is being sent to an external drive...I open a second song to work on it and the record button will not engage, everything is set up just like the first song I recorded but it will not work...the monitor comes on when i click on it but as soon as I hit record it just shuts off the monitor and record dont light up...please help cause its driving me nuts!! Thanks in advance :)

Make sure that the path for recording is not set to a read only device like a CD drive or something..

It's rare but I've seen it occasionally happen so use the menu Song > Show Media Folder to see where the record path is pointing to.
