Question

the board one day had no input signal on any channel, I found a forum who said change the scene and sample rate, it worked once, then it took many tries, now it wont work again no matter the scene or sample changing. no matter how many changes and how many turn on and off, it wont recognize inputs. this seems to be a common problem, yet no answer anywhere. please help.

You are writing in the "feature request" department, this is a little bit confusing. You should ask your question under "StudioLive Mixers/Classic Mixers". And - please - be more precise: Which mixer? Any computer/firewire connected? Are you using remote control (iPad)? Which firmware version is installed?

The "StudioLive Mixers/Classic Mixers"-area is a good place to look for answers, the forums are even more helpful (http://www.forums.presonus.com).

It is NOT a change of the sample rate or a scene, that helps some of the original boards to get working. It is the firewire ID number, that needs to be switched from 0 to 1 and back to 0.
