This is a reminder to anyone who wants to know why their Studio One 3 remote may not be working with Studio One 3.
Studio One Remote is included with Studio One 3 Professional, there is nothing extra to purchase, however you must be updated to version 3.0.1 for the iOS Remote app to work.
To see what version you are running, just look at the bottom edge of your Studio One 3 "Start" page, and there under the PreSonus logo along the bottom edge in gray letters and numbers you will see the version number.
To update Studio One 3 Professional, in the application go to the Help screen menu drop down and click on "Check For Updates".
If you're running Studio One 3 Artist, you need to be on version 3.0.2 or higher and you need to have purchased the add-on enabling the remote function to work. You can purchase the Remote add-on for Studio One 3 Artist for $9.99 here.
Studio One Remote is NOT supported in Studio One 3 Prime or in the Studio One 3 Demo.
