Hi,

I purchased Notion 6  which was described as compatible with the Windows 10 version. The installation completes successfully, however when I open the program I get an error that tells me that the program crashed prematurely. Same problem occurs when I try to install the program on Windows 8 version. I tried restarting multiple times the pc but nothing changes. The Windows 10 pc is a Lenovo with a AMD A10-7300 Radeon R6, 10 Compute Core 4C +6GB 1.95GHz processor and 8GB RAM.
What should I do?

If its happening on both Windows versions, it sounds like an audio hardware problem.

Make sure:

You have updated to the current BIOS version
You have updated to the current audio drivers
- Uninstall the audio driver
- ReInstall the audio driver

Best to consider using an audio interface (PreSonus AudioBox Studio USB) instead of onboard laptop integrated audio hardware.
