Whenever I try to duplicate the chord track further down the timeline it crashes Studio One immediately has anyone else experienced this after updating. This update seems altogether buggy, I think I will go back to 4.1 until its patched. The software has been unstable since this last update.

You will want to update to version 4.1.3.  I just tested the issue in that version and can duplicate the chord track without a problem.  If the issue persists, you will want to submit a ticket with PreSonus and attach a .song file that illustrates the crash.
