Sorry, I am new to all of this so bare with me. I have downloaded the Studio One 3 software and set up my Audiobox Itwo interface.
I have also downloaded what I believe is all of the drivers. In the open page, I can see my audiobox interface and it's inputs.
When creating a new song, I add a new track and I am unable to get the track to arm.

When I hit the monitor button, I can hear playback from me talking into my microphone. The record button just stays greyed out when I try to click it.

I am running on Windows 7, Service Pack 1 , 64x

I have seen where people have said to set up where the file is being recorded, but I do not know how to check that, if someone could please give me a little more information that would be great.

Thanks in advance.

That might be a bug due to a corrupt installation of Studio One (which can happen to any piece of software sometimes).

First I'd recommend trying to create a new song from the "Interfaces" tab.

1. open S1

2. Click "Create a new song"

3. Click the "Interfaces" tab (if you don't see this tab you need to finish the "activation" process - http://support.presonus.com/hc/en-us/articles/210049863--3-Studio-One-3-Software-Activation-Online-Computer- )

4. Select AudioBox USB (this will still work fine even though you have an iTwo)

If the issue persists then try uninstalling Studio One and reinstalling it.

If you're still having trouble I recommend opening a support ticket. Login at my.presonus.com , click "Support", then "Create a support ticket".
