Question

I'm having real issues, \i can't seem to get the record to arm on an audio track input. I'm using a ********* U-Phoria UMC204HD audio interface with Windows 7. I can hear the mic and guitar on correct inputs through monitor but the record stays grey. I have tried a reinstall, and I've also checked that the save location as enough hard drive space. Please help, don't know where to get the answer anymore!

I am having the same problem with studio 68 on windows 10

I am not happy with this equipment at all.  there is no help on line

I had same problems...but just got it answered. Tech support sent me some help, and my problem was my AVG anti-virus was preventing Studio One - 3 to arm and record. I had to turn off the "behavior shield" part of AVG and suddenly I was recording. I hope this helps.
