Ability to hide unused channels in QMIX-UC (AND UC Surface)

While the new groups feature in QMIX-UC allows the addition of color that may be helpful finding particular channels, it would be more helpful to hide unused channels from the display.  I get hit with this question just about every time I work with a band that uses in-ears.  Apparently other manufacturers allow this feature and as one of the last remaining PreSonus users in my area it's becoming harder to justify to my clients.

Frankly, this is just an embarrassment that Presonus hasn't made this possible yet.  A friend just got a Focusrite Scarlett, and their control interface is SUPERB!  Maybe you folks at Presonus can take a look at the way it should be done?

Seems so simple. Just have an AUX mix with the ability to hide unused channels. Basically a DCA group for Aux sends.  I used a Soundcraft for a while and it had its own limitations, but it had the ability to hide a channel in a monitor mix. If this is available in UC Surface, it is not at all easy to do.

For UC Surface, why can't you put in the same kind of User page capabilities that the physical board has?  This should be a no-brainer.

Agree, having had my first experience with multiple QMix users I changed my set up so the band would see them selves (1-32) before all the stage radios. Then set the radios to started at 33 and I then used the User Level to run the show.

As previously suggested maybe away the mixer operator can select or allocate channels required, as this would avoid off stage radio mics still being live in a monitor mix as the musician has mistakenly selected it - when they should have a ‘live’ mix.

See my request

Give QMix access to Matrix option on flex-mixes.

It is possible to select a custom user view of channels with hiding and rearranging the channels in UC Surface, but sadly there is still no option for this in QMix-UC.
