Here's what I can offer...Make sure your Presonus hardware, and software are in your "My Presonus" account. Then I'd go to my "My Presonus" account and select "My Software" and reinstall all my software and plugins from my account. All your programs, your plugins, and your licenses should be listed there... short of that contact any third party providers directly and start a tech service ticket... you can always cancel if you solve the issue...
