Question

I have a Lenovo Flex 3 and an Audio Box USB interface. I have recorded two songs so far using Studio One 3, but I have had to limit the instruments to solely my guitar because I don't know how to use the instruments that were supposed to come with my interface and DAW. Can anyone give me guidance on how to use the instruments that are included with Studio One 3? I'd appreciate it greatly.
