Thx for the answer Saga! The Block Size on the Universal Control won't change. It's greyed out. I'm assuming you're referring to "Buffer Size," that's what I'm seeing in Universal Control. It's stuck at "512," and it's grey, keeping me from changing it.

First install UC 2.0 from your "My Presonus" account. Launch Studio one and open a new song (or a song your working on) and you should be able to change the rate from there.
