I assume laptop here? How about you go to the Knowledge base and do keyword searches :

In the meantime start a tech service ticket and get in line in case we can't get you fixed up here?
One other thing, if you haven't already, set up a "My Presonus" account and in it, register all your hardware and software. Then make sure you have the latest drivers and software versions in your accounts installed in your gear. This solves about 80% of issues we encounter.
