Hello everyone,

my name is tony and im from Germany. Just bought me a new Mac book pro and wanted to plug-in my audio box via USB. As I connected my Macbook with the audiobox, my Mac immediately shuts down and shows me a file report. Already tried several other USB cable but the problem still remains. Before, I worked with a windows and never had any issues like this one. Other USB devices don't cause this type of problem. I hope, someone experienced a problem similar to mine and can help me with this.

Thanks and have a nice Sunday

tony

Hi Tony,

Create a support ticket from your my.presonus account, copy the contents of the crash report to a text file and attach it along with a System Profile to your ticket.

To access your MAC's System Profile:

- Apple Menu --> About this Mac... --> System Report --> File --> Save

- Save it as "your_name.spx"

- Attach the .spx file to the ticket
