so i can have the complete version of studio one in an external drive?

so you're saying I can run studio one of an external hard drive, or do I have to have part on the hard drive and part on the an external drive?

Basically, you need to use the main system drive for your OS, Studio One, and other music related applications. The second drive, use this for Sound Sets, Sample Libraries and your Songs.
