Upgraded to Pro 4 from Artist 4 and no product key. I sure have been charge, though!!!!

I haven't received a product key. I upgraded three days ago!!!!! Please help!!!!

It is in your My.Presonus account under my products/software. You may have to refresh your page to see it. Try going out and back in again.

their system is currently somehow slow. you may raise a support ticket from within your account.
