Question

I'm using Studio One 3 Prime to teach the basics of midi to some children. Using both my Roland interface or Windows Audio with the higher buffer size possible I'm getting glitching sound, as if it was in slow motion. My processing metter does not get passed the 10%. I've already tried everything I found in foruns and nothing worked. Please help.

Hi Mart,

You will want to check and see if you are having this issue with all of the presets or just one.  Some of the presets may have more polyphony in them than what your system can handle.  If you are working with a Focusrite interface, try going into Studio One>Options>Audio Setup>Processing and set your Dropout Protection to "Minimum."  If you are not working with a Focusrite audio interface, then set the Dropout Protection to "Maximum."  Beyond that, we would really need to take a look at your setup. If you continue to have an issue, you may want to submit a support ticket from within your my.presonus.com account under the "Support" tab.
