Universal Control with studio 192 how can i setup for mono outputs mixes i would like to unpair them like other versions of universal control

You can't do this in UC Surface stand alone, however bypassing the UC Surface mixer by using your DAW you can use the Mix system to isolate your outputs.

Using Studio One, will bypass the mixer in UC Surface automatically. Using any other DAW you'll need to bypass it manually in the control panel.
