Question

I have a MacBook Pro and am running the current version on Studio One v3, and I can't connect my TriplePlay. I typed it into the Devices pane, and have tried everything that I can think of to get it to connect. For inputs I put Tripleplay controller, and then tried Tripleplay Guitar (the fact that these two were an option leads me to believe that the program knows that there is something there). I've tried highlighting just one channel, and then all 16. Nothing works. Thanks for the help.
