Quantum doesn't appear in the UC Surface control panel or as an audio interface in my DAW software. The Thunderbolt light flashes blue.

In some cases, Quantum will connect as a Thunderbolt device but not an audio device. The blue Thunderbolt light on the front of the Quantum will also flash on and off.

If all drivers and software have been installed, then simply unplugging the power and the thunderbolt cable from the back of Quantum for 10 seconds, and then reconnecting power, then thunderbolt cable, will resolve the issue.
