Question

1. I installed studio one 3 at this site,64-bit, my computer uses, but it didn't work.(My computer is windows 10 and tried more than 5 times)

2. So I installed 32-bit, and it sometimes opens, if I try to run it again and again(it takes more than 20 times usually), it runs anyway.

3. I found that my computer is not compatible with studio one 3, using computer provided program.

4. I signed in this site, registered product key, and installed recommended option properly.

I installed and registered Studio One on my Windows 10 64-bit workstation two days ago.  It worked right off the bat with no problems.  It should not be necessary for you to recur to a 32 bit installation.  

People will need details about the behavior to help you.  You said it didn't work.  Did the application start up at all?
