Question

Im very new to the technical side of things, MIDI in particular. I use Amplitube which is a computer modeling amp basically. Before Studio One and my awesome Presonus Mixer which is the 16.02, i used a Tech 21 MIDI Mouse to change presets on Amplitube. When i use the mixer as a interface with Amplitube it also works. But i cant figure out how to properly configure it with Studio One. I mean, remedial as it may be, im not even sure if i should be trying to set up a new instrument or a new keyboard. But thats where im at. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You would have to set the Tech 21 as a "New Control Surface."  Then you can create a Control Link to map those Up and Down buttons.  http://support.presonus.com/hc/en-us/articles/210043893-Studio-One-Control-Link

Once you have those mapped, you should be able to assign them to the preset up and down function of Amplitube.
