So I'm trying to use my iem's to mix with while I'm on a long flight using my laptop...the only problem is, I can't seem t get any sound from studio one 3 when I'm just using the laptop speakers or the headphone port. I've got it set through windows audio, but all I ever get while a song is playing are a bunch of clicks and light static if max out the volume...any idea on how to fix this? I have sound on everything else on my computer except studio one...and I know the tracks are working because I've listened to them before...never had this problem until now.

Sorry to hear about the recent issues you have been experiencing.

Please open Options > Audio Setup > Processing tab.  Set "Dropout Protection" to Maximum.  This should resolve the issue.

If the issue remains, please submit a ticket to technical support for more in depth assistance.
