I would recommend the Waves NS-1 for this. I use it all the time for mixing VO tracks.

iZotope RX6 has a "De-reverb" tool that works very well in some cases. It depends on the source.

I've had to record VO while on the road in hotel rooms and it has saved me quite a few times.

It took me awhile to get it dialed in and learn how to train it. The first few times I used it I thought it wasn't working, but over time I learned how to train it properly (reading manuals, testing...) and now I'm amazed what I can save.

They have a free trial version which won't save, but will allow you to test your audio to see if how it works.

A killer toolkit (RX6 Standard) for narration/VO. Excellent denoisers, and other enhancement tools.
