Hi all. I'm in the market for a new interface and Quantum looks like the one for me.

Is there any way to control the talkback remotely e.g. over MIDI?

Also, are there any decreased performance/latency issues with an older Mac's Thunderbolt 1 connection?

The Quantum is a fully certified Thunderbolt 2 device and will work with any computer that supports ThunderBolt 3 and 2.

You can also remotely control the Talkback using MIDI CC data.  This article explains and illustrates how to setup.
