Hello I'm trying to download the free version but it says that this is already on my account, but I just created my account wich I've never had before, any help on the issue will be greatly appreciated.

Hello,

I can confirm that Studio One Prime is already in your My.Presonus.com account, and it shows 0 activations.

You only need to log into your account, download/install the software.
