Question

When I play a Youtube clip and a track in Studio One 2 I hear both through my speakers. Through my headphones I only hear the Studio One 2 track, no Youtube.

My setup: Presonus Firestudio Mobile, PC with Windows 7, Studio One 2 Artist.

I hope someone can help me.

Install current version of Universal Control.  You can find the download here.

Check firmware and Factory Reset.

Click the power button for the Phones tab to the right of Universal Control.
