When I use UCAI to backup the board, the dialog box appears and lists the settings as it backs them up. If I look in Documents > Presonus > StudioLive AI > Library > Presets > Backup a new folder is created called temp that includes subdirectories like Fat, FX, GEQ, and Scene that slowly populate with the settings from the board.

As soon as the last file is backed up, this folder is removed and I don't know where those files have gone. UCAI seems to have no knowledge of the backup that just took place, and even if I copy most of the files right before it finishes and they disappear and move them to the proper directories at Documents > Presonus > StudioLive AI > Library > Presets UCAI doesn't seem to show them to me in a way that I can restore them to the board.

All I'm trying to do is backup the board so I can upgrade the firmware, but I like knowing how to restore my backups and I can't seem to get that to work.

I'm not in front of the system right now, but here is what I remember:

MacOS 10.12
UCAI version 2.2.0.44119
Presonus StudioLive 32.4.2AI
