How do I get my money back for a recently purchased Audiobox iTwo?

This interface worked for a few days (a week or so - I'm running windows ten) and then packed up altogether. Now I have no windows system sounds, no welcome message on AOL and - more importantly - no sound at all from Reason 9.5 - which was the whole reason for buying this product.

From reading various posts on the forums it would appear that this interface basically doesn't work (it works for a short while and then packs up) on any version of windows (I've also read posts from Mac Book Pro users who cannot get any sound from this interface). It would also appear that all the fixes that have been tried only work for a short period before the system reverts to silence.

ARE THERE PEOPLE OUT THERE FOR WHOM THIS SYSTEM IS WORKING AS IT'S SUPPOSED TO?

I would much prefer to have the interface working properly than get my money back - but if it isn't going to work then obviously a refund from Presonus needs to be forthcoming.If the problem with the interface cannot be resolved then Presonus should also withdraw the system from sale immediately.

If anybody out there has any advice on this I would be very happy to hear it.

Product returns are always and entirely between you, the customer and your retail outlet where you purchased your product.  If you are beyond a return period, then you can contact the Distributor in your area for repairs.
