Really, this device just don't work. Everytime I plug in my computer it works for like 10 min and then freezes and I need to restart it. Even using studio one sometimes it looses connection and I need to restart. I try everything, disable all other sound devices, I already try to start my computer with only the interface plugged in, same result. I don't know how you're gonna do it, but I just want to send back this device and get my money back, the device don't work no matter what I try to do.
