I have a StudioLive 24.4.2AI (2nd generation) mixer with firmware ver. SL 1.0.9194 and it reports as no new updates. I have StudioOne 3 Pro ver 3.5.2.44603 update Sept 27 2017. Create a new song, interfaces, I have 16.4.2AI, 32.4.2AI and 24.4.2 (non AI), but I don't see a 24.4.2AI interface. I checked to see that my version had been activated with the current serial #, as I have had prior versions. Is there a problem with my install ? Can I download a template from some where ? I only recently noticed that I don't have it. Was there never one available, or is it missing. Did a windows search with no luck. I have a windows PC with WIN 10. Just wondering if I have a problem.
