In the middle of a radio show, the screen on our mixer went blank (with no blacklight) and the board stopped outputing or taking any audio. The rest of the board still lights up and seems to work like normal, but the screen is completely blank, no audio comes out of the board from any output, and no input signals are seen in the Inputs meter bridge mode.
The screen will not come on after rebooting it.
We bought the board less than two months ago, have been using it indoors, hasn't moved. We've never hooked it up to a computer or done any firmware upgrades to it. No physical damage, nothing spilled on it, it just stopped mid use without anyone touching it.
Any ideas??
