Hi,

In Studio One 3.5.2, automation information is not copied for instrument tracks when transformed to audio, and back:

1. Create instrument track A and add automation
2. Transform A to audio track A' (e.g. to save CPU)
3. Create scene S in Arranger track
4. Alt-Click S to S2 (e.g. to duplicate scene)
5. Transform A' back to A
6. Note - automation still exists for S, but is not copied to S'.

Workaround: always transform back to Instrument Track before arranging, however, this is a pain due to http://answers.presonus.com/21370/note-fx-lost-when-transform-to-audio-track
