It seems like a basic feature that would be obvious, however, it is not to me. I am using an RML16Ai with UC Surface 2 running on an iPad doing live sound reinforcement. I want to be able to set up a mix from scratch instead of modifying the last mix I did. How do I get UC Surface back to its default state with no channel assignments, sends, effects, etc?

Hi Bruce,

First, UC Surface is just an application that controls the mixer. The state of UC Surface is just a reflection of the state of the mixer. You're not actually resetting "UC Surface". You're resetting the mixer that UC Surface is controlling.

But yes, you can load the Zero Out (Board Reset) scene and this will reset the mixer to its default mix state.

See here: https://support.presonus.com/hc/en-us/articles/115001731003-UC-Surface-2-0-Scene-Save-Recall

Or starting with section 5.5 Scenes and Presets in the StudioLive Software Library Reference Manual, pg. 41-45 in particular.
