GOAL: I intend to use Logic Pro to run effects and plugins for individual channels.
PROBLEM: on my previous soundboard, I was able to simply select the same channel that was the IN as the OUT. Example, if I have a vocalist on channel 8, I want to run INPUT 8 to logic, set up compressors and EQ on that track, then I would just run it back OUT through 8 on the AR16 soundboard
When I go to set up the OUTPUT in Logic, I am not given more than 4 channels as OUTPUT options (other than "Stereo Out")
Am I missing something? How can I get it to show me ALL of the mixingboard channels?
Alternatively, how do I run external effects inserts on EACH individual channel? (if USB isn't the answer)
